UNPACU human rights defender summoned and forced to pay various fines

Yanier Jouber Cisnero was summoned for the 9 am by the Captain Raúl to the municipal council to talk to several officials. When he arrived, he was told to pay various fines he had not paid yet. According to the officials, as the end of the fiscal year was approaching, all the fines have to be paid and if not, there is no other solution than to figure out the situation through the courts. Yanier replied that he would not pay any fine as all of them are a result of violations of his rights which the authorities had been committing against him. He also added he did not commit any crime to be repeatedly fined.
