A doctor arrived at the home of William Tamayo Ramayo at 5pm and said to him that the school director Sergio Sainz Montes de la Oca sent her to get him his son's psychiatric issues in writing. Ramayo told her that all he could say without writing was that his son's problems were caused by the physical, psychological and verbal abuses that he had to suffer at the hands of the teachers in his school and in spite of them. His parents (Ramayo and his wife) had reported all these instances ordered by the political police in order to use the child as a way to attack them for being opponents, and they never gave him an answer of any kind. The doctor, who they could clearly see was sent by the political police, answered that these were the reasons why she did not offer them medical help, that they were counterrevolutionaries and mercenaries. She reiterated to them that she was not going to treat any of them in her office, not him, nor his wife, nor even their 10-year-old child. Ramayo related that his son, after many abuses and threats of putting his father in jail and trying to turn him against him, they took him out of school and now are trying to justify this by looking for papers to prove that he is mentally retarded, first with the parents, and then with the son. Sure, says Ramayo, there is a reason for this: after diagnosing the child with mental problems, these would be the effects, it makes sense that they would look for the cause with us, immediately this wuld give them reason to take away custody of our son. For this reason Ramayo said that at the moment his family is unoprotected in regard to health, and this is also endangering the emotional stability of the family.
