Eugenia Díaz was detained by State Security officials and National Revolutionary Police when she was leaving her house in Centro Habana to participate in Mass delivered in Santa Rita de Casia Church. She was taken to the Police Department where she was kept from 9 am to 2 pm in a prison cell.
