An activist detained, arbitrarily judged being threatened (a case of Osvaldo Landin Baños)

The auxiliary police officer known as Victor and the DTI officer Wilfredo (from technical research department) were presented 13/11/2015 at 8:30 am at the home of Osvaldo Landin Baños. Wilfredo refused and informed them that they will not change his opinion. They left him detained until 3.00 pm. They took the documents for entrepreneurship. In November 14, he appeared at the offices of the GNTB (national tax office) to file a complaint due to revoking the documents. After a long waiting he was arbitrarily handled by the official Danelys Torres director of this entity. She informed Osvaldo his documents were found dumped by a motorist. As the police officers removed him documents he was not obliged to pay a fine for the loss. Osvaldo completely refused to pay the fine and informed her that he will denounce his case via online, Radio Marti and the Cocodrilo Callejero which is the newsletter for which they work.
