Celina Osoria Claro is a member of opposition movement Ladies in White in Guantánamo. She was going to attend Mass carried out in La Milagrosa. When she arrived, she was detained during police operation led by State Security official Major Alayo. She was taken to the Police Department in El Salvador. She was released at about 1 pm that same day.
