Lady in White prevented from joining Todos Marchamos campaign

The victim was on her way to the Santuario del Cobre in order to join Todos Marchamos campaign - an activity carried out by UNPACU. When she left her home, she was detained by secret police officials. Later on, she was put into another car where she was kept for more than 3 hours. Then she was driven outside the city in order to prevent her from getting to El Cobre and released.
