On 29 November, Yanier Joubert Cisneros was summoned to the police unit known as Parque 24. There, he was received by official Leoni who threatened him for his political activism as a member of the Cuban Patriotic Union (UNPACU). "You are running out of your opportunities", the official said to the young activist. "You have several unpaid fines and you can be put in jail in any moment", the official continued. The system of fines are one of the current measures used against the activists in Cuba.
