The activist Lázaro Julio Madán Pérez together with other four opponents were arrested for throwing flowers into the river Sagua la Grande in honor of the victims of the boat 13 de Marzo. They were introduced in the police car by the members of the repressive forces commanded by the official Michael Palacios and put in cells in the local police station. Three hours later they were released.
