The victim was walking by the José Martí Park on April 22, 2015 when he was arrested by the police. Referred to what led him to the police station where he was fined. They confiscated him 123 pesos national currency, twelve dozen Creole thick cigars, 23 straws, 7 boxes of cigarette smell - all owned by the victim. Fine of 60 pesos national currency.
