Rubienni was entering in Jovellanos with his horse cart carrying three bags with food, in order to celebrate the birthday of one of his partners. He was detained by the guards who took him to the National Revolutionary Police unit in jovellanos. The horse was confiscated and he was kept in a cell for more than 72 hours.
