Following a pipe blockage on the lot next to Madeline Chaple's home, her house was filled with sewage and all kinds of excrement. For a whole year, the victim requested the different entities in charge of solving the problem without the solution coming. As a consequence, she began to experience different health disorders to the point that she was diagnosed by Psychiatry with a Generalized Anxiety Disorder. Additionally, her home was damaged, including a split, a refrigerator, several doors, and mattresses, among others.
