Activists of the Cuban Reflection Movement arrested and later left an hour away from their city

Around 9:00 am on 26th February, activists from the Cuban Reflection Movement, Francisco Heriberto Rodríguez Juanes and Luis Nelson Fornaris Carrascosa were arrested upon their arrival at the Santa Clara rental car terminal. The arrest was carried out by the major and head of the so-called department of confrontation known as Erik Francis. The activists were taken to the 5th Unit of the National Revolutionary Police (PNR) in that city, where they were detained. After 4 hours they were taken by two members of the Special Brigade to a point on the national highway and where they were loaded into the cabin of a truck belonging to the Cuba Petroleum Union-CUPET, with the corresponding order to the driver to leave them at the end of the journey: Cienfuegos.
