Nelson was arbitrary detained

Nelson was going to the Plaza de la Revolución, when the agents of the police stopped him, asked him for an identification, handcuffed him and transferred him to the police unit. They did not register him there and the 5 hours that he spent there, he had to sit on a bench, without water or food.
