"On August 19, Mrs. Irais arrived at the Mario Gutiérrez polyclinic with a lot of pain in her chest and back. The doctor recommended a chest x-ray, however, the available resources were directed to COVID-19 cases and the pharmacies did not have the necessary drugs to cure her pain. After a long discussion, the doctor called a custodian to take Mrs. Irais out of the center and while outside, she began to protest against the government and the health care system. Later, two police officers, in order to take her into custody, grabbed her by the arms, pushed her, covered her mouth and put her in the patrol car to take her to the unit. She remained at the police station for more than 8 hours and before being released, she was fined 3000$ MN.
