María Luisa was detained for 2 hours on his way to a protest



On December 18, people throughout Cuba took to the streets to call for the release of political prisoners and respect for civil society and human rights. Activists María Luisa Chacón Lamoth was going to Martí Park to attend this activity when she was arrested by police and State Security forces (officers Kevin, Antoni and Alex) commanded by Captain Sergio, the leader of the Guantánamo unit. María Luisa was transferred to the police unit where she remained for more than 2 hours and where she was threatened with imprisonment and losing the custody of her daughters.
