A man detained for acting against the regime claiming the night-time peace in Caimanera

On May 6 at 12 am Jaime Leiva Sosa went to the delegate to outline the activity. He was talking the music was loud and bothering the neighbors who had to work. Besides his mother was ill and needed quiet as the night was so advanced. Because this complaint, the police chief who was called, made him an act of repudiation. Jaime Leiva Sosa was arrested and accused of counterrevolutionary behaviour among other things. This is a case of many who live in Cuba for only claiming the right. A Cuban can be arrested and be subjected to acts of repudiation.
