Leodan was arbitrarily detained for 30 hours without justification



The western coordinator of the LGTBI community, Leodan, was arbitrarily detained on July 25, 2017, by State Security. This happened when Leodan left his house to visit some friends. He was captured without an arrest warrant by several State Security officers and taken to the San Juan and Martinez Police Station. The reason for the arrest was that he had been warned that he could not leave his house until the July 26, that culminated an National act in which would be participating all important people of the regime. He was released on July 26 at 2:00 pm, after being detained for 30 hours without justification.
