Around 7 p.m., Rafael was traveling in the company of his three friends. Suddenly, they were intersected by officers of the Investigative Technical Department (DTI), that wanted without identifying themselves seize the car. Rafael and his friends refused to do that and they started to quarrel. Rafael was beaten and shot in the arm.
