On June 3, when Frediberto was making his sales, he was stopped by the head of his sector and two trade inspectors, who fined him 4,000 Cuban pesos and confiscated all his merchandise, even though Frediberto proved that the merchandise came from a family farm and that he needed to sell it to buy medicine for his wife.
