Between 28th and 29th November, several homes of human rights defenders were placed under surveillance by the Guantánamo political police. A patrol car parked in front of the house of Celina Osoria, preventing her and her brother to go out and get food and other products. As is known, this surveillance and monitoring were due to the government visit made by the Cuban president and a work team composed of several ministers and members of the Central Committee of the Cuban Communist Party to the province of Guantánamo.
