Yunito Ruis Yero was going to receive his brother who is sick with HIV AIDS at the Institute of Tropical Medicine Pedro Kourí (IPK). Suddenly, he was arbitrarily detained for 7 days and deported for being illegal in his own country by the police officers José Manuel Frometa and Captain Arguelles.
