Activist was fined and detained when she was about to attend mass.



Activist Celina Osario Claro was detained as she was about to attend mass at the church in Guantanamo City. The activist was detained by police officers and taken to the Guantánamo City police unit. There she was threatened with imprisonment if she continued to carry out "activities against the revolution" and was fined 150 Cuban pesos for violating security measures.
