Julia Herrrera was detained by the agents of the State Security and the National Police when she was leaving the headquarters of the Ladies in White to deny her participating in the Mass celebrated by His Holiness Pope Francisco in the Revolution Square. She was taken to the military base of Tarara where she remained for several hours.
