Man detained and threatened for his activism



On January 24, 2016, a human rights activist Delvis Estrada Figuerola was going to participate in a protest march which was conducted to demand the release of political prisoners and the end of political repression in Cuba. He was detained by Major Cantillo, a chief of the State Security. He was taken to the Police Department and few hours later released. He was threatened and intimidated for his activities in favour of human rights.
