The victim was walking together with Mr Henry Couto, who lives in the fourth kilometer, in road to Caimanera, Cuba.
In a control point, they were stopped by the officers, Quiala and Kevin, for about four hours. Mr Kevin threatened him with prison, for being with the opposition, and for having been close to the Navy Base.
