The Sector Chief summoned Leyva Sánchez to the Parque 24 Police Unit, by order of State Security. There he was threatened for not having labor ties and for having links with opponents of the regime. He was told that he would be prosecuted for alleged disobedience or that a danger index would be applied in case he was found expressing himself against the regime and supporting the opponents in any demonstration. He was released up to 3 hours after his arrest.
