Lismeiris Quintana was detained by State Security officials and the National Revolutionary Police when she was trying to attend an event carried out in order to support Yulio Ferrer Bravo, a human rights defensor who had been prosecuted for disrespect by the Court for Crimes against State Security in Havana.
