The victim was travelling by car to Santiago de Cuba for work. At a checkpoint he was detained by the police and Security officers, who confiscated his material for work. Moreover, they launched a process against him supposedly for possession of enemy propaganda.
He was released the next day at two thirty, more than 15 kilometers from the Guantánamo city.
