Ordinary person struggles with Cuban justice system

The police sanctioned Erlis Cobas, a construction technician who lives in Baracoa, for "pre-criminal dangerousness", which is used by the regime as a weapon against those who present, according to the authorities, antisocial behaviour. He was subsequently prosecuted for alleged house invasion. After two months he was released for lack of evidence. However, a few days later, in May 2015, he was sentenced to two years of imprisonment.
