Citizen detained for 24 hours in the police unit Parque 24

Reynier Alfonso Quiala was summoned by sector chief to the police department known as Parque 24. He received threats for not having a job, organizing meetings with young regime opponents and discussing the project of the new constitution. The official threatened him that if he continued doing the same, he could be prosecuted for dangerousness. Reynier was released after he spent 24 hours in a badly-maintained prison cell.
