Ivan Fernandez Depestre was arrested by police officers because of taking part in the commemorative event to Frank Pais.
He was driven to the police station and remained under arrest several hours.
Three day after, there was a quick hearing and Ivan was found guilty and got the sentence of 2 years.
Ivan is on a hunger strike asking for a fair trial.
