Activist Detained Two Day Prior to the Sunday Encounter of Ladies in White

On May 30, Graciela Domínguez Girón was on her way to the house of another Lady in White to take refuge until Sunday. From that house she was planning to go to the Sanctuary of El Cobre. She wanted to take this caution due to the constant persecution by the political police. However, she was stopped on the road to Santiago de Cuba on one of the points of police surveillance. She remained detained in a bus in the sun for over 5 hours.
