A human rights activist was walking through the streets of his neighborhood, when he was intercepted by an agent of the State Security known as Kevin, who threatened him to take him back to prison for the crime of enemy propaganda. He blamed him of posting several anti government advertising that are popping up all over the town. At other occasions Osoria Claro have been threatened, arrested and beaten by police and the State Security.
