Arbitrary detention



Bladimir Alarcón was going to Mass when he was arrested and taken to the patrol car. The political police transferred him, with other activists, to a concentration camp where he was detained under the sun more than 6 hours. Bladimir received constantly prison and death threats because of his activism in UNPACU.
