UNPACU activist beaten and detained



On Friday, January 3, 2014 the UNPACU movement from Palma Soriano met, demanding freedom of Ferrer García and returning the toys seized by agents of the Ministry of the Interior (MININT) that would be given away to children in the community on Kings’Day. The Riot Brigades immediately stormed the place equipped with firearms,and they started to beat the UMPACU members. Besides that, Roberto Gonzalez Almager was kicked to the ground, injured and then arrested for 4 hours and released on the outskirts of the city.
