Eralidis Frometa was detained with various Ladies in White by agents of the Department of State Security when leaving the national headquarters of Ladies in White to prevent them from participating in the peaceful march for the campaign #TodosMarchamos. She was taken to the VIVAC detention center where she was held for more than 24 hours. They imposed a fine of 1000 pesos as a penalty for being accused of public disorder.
