July 15 was arrested by police and State Security, for more than 24 hours, the Cuban citizen, Niober Garcia Fournier, for deliver advertising from Unión Patriótica de Cuba (UNPACU).
During his detention he was beaten, and they confiscated personal effects. (a celullar phone, digital camera and 2 digital memories).
