Elizabeth Solís Martínez is less than 3 years old and she has serious heart problems. They refuse to treat her at the only medical clinic in the area because of her father ´s political activism. They refused even the day when the kid was cyanotic, and the father had to took her to a hospital 35 miles away (putting her life in danger).
