A case of confiscation, mistreatment and detention without accusation (Caimanera)



Reinaldo Oreo Tegeda has a house which is repairing its own expense. He bought 12 meters of sand for the construction of the house. The inspectors came in his house, they threatened to seize the arena at which he has documentation of purchase. The inspector did not allow him to manipulate own sand and called the police because of allegedly unlawful purchase. Reinaldo was illegally detained until the next day without the right to family visitation. Even he did not get any food. He also was fined 130 pesos for the cause not known so far.
