Minor threatened with a gun in the middle of recapturing her stepfather

At 9:00 am, Major Manuel Reyes Echavarría of the Technical Department of Investigations, an agent who called himself Adriel and several agents of the Special Troops (Black Wasps), arrived at the house of a 16-year-old girl, to carry out a search and arrest her stepfather, who had been absent from a correctional facility where he was serving a sentence for several days. The state agents, without the presence of any police officer and without even identifying themselves or showing any documents, broke the perimeter fence of the house, opening a huge hole through which they entered with several weapons drawn and with extreme violence. Then they entered the house quickly, going into the room where the young woman was, freshly awakened by the noise and still in her sleeping clothes. Then they went out into the yard where the stepfather was and knocked him down. When the young girl came out into the yard, she saw that one of the military men was kicking and punching her stepfather while two others were holding and handcuffing him, so she ran to his side screaming for them to stop hitting him. Another soldier present reacted by pointing a gun (machine-gun type) at the minor, raking her, while urging her in a very bad way to move away from her stepfather. Once the arrest was made, one of those who had beaten him, kicked the latrine several times until it was almost completely destroyed. According to the minor, her stepfather was literally lifted up and thrown into the back of the truck, where he was thrown over the railing. Finally they left, leaving her alone and unprotected in the half-built house. Her mother arrived more than an hour later.
