A man penalized for being in contact with an enemy of the regime (Manuel Tames)

Ramón Gómez Imbert works as a driver of a truck water pipe. On 27th he worked in the zone of Manuel Tames. When he had the empty pipe, he visited the home of human rights activist Raúl Martínez Caraballo. They know each other for 20 years. Then he was sentenced to a month without work and salary applying him the resolution 12/2003 dated January 28 Water and Sewer, claiming that Ramón Gómez sold Raúl a water pipe which was not true.
