Detained and prevented from assisting on a human rights day meeting, 10.12.2013

Xiomara Montes de Oca Mediaceja, member of Damas de blanco, was detained when she was going to assist on a meeting with the other members of the movement and celebrate the human rights day. She was threatened with being imprisoned, at 5 pm she was released with no charge.
