Roxilene was detained and beaten when leaving the National Headquarters of the Ladies in White, by agents of the State Security and the National Police in order to prevent her from organizing peaceful march Todos Marchamos. She was taken to the Detention Center known as VIVAC where she remained for several hours under arrest.
