Dibaldo Valcárcel González was detained by the sector head, Lieutenant Manuel, on April 17 at 11:30 a.m. He was taken on the Geely patrol car number 091 to a police station in Cárdenas. Lieutenant Manuel, with badge number 14227, threatened with charging him with the crime of being "socially dangerous". The Liutenant told him: "I will summon you every 15 days verbally, if you are so brave, don't come, then you will see how in three months I will get you in prison". Before his release, the victim was finned with 30CUP (1.10 €) for not attending to a verbal summoning on April 8. He was released around 13:30 p.m. of that day.
