A case of unjustified accusation and detention in Guantanamo.



Mr. Wilfred Pol Verdecia returned from the home of his girlfriend when he was stopped by a patrol car. The police asked for his identification card and asked him that if he was one of the homoxesuales who used to walk down the street. The young man replied "no" and the officer beat him and told him "homosexual of s...". He was taken to the police station. Another day he was fined without any explanation.
