The victim Alexis Brizo Lahera was heading the headquarters UNPACU Guantanamo to attend Mass in the campaign "All we march in on behalf of political prisoners" and "Freedom of Cuba". He was stopped at the 3 south and the street San Lino by officer Kevin. Alexis was forced to get into the 612 patrol car and taken to the park unit 24 where he was threatened. After 4 hours, he was released.
