Victim detained for more than 8 hours for not answering a question

The victim left his house to go to Santiago de Cuba and when he turned the corner, a police car stopped him and agents Edgar and Girón asked him where he was going. When he didn't answer, they put him in the car and took him to the police station where he stayed for more than 8 hours.
