Elizabet is a 2-year-old girl with acute leukemia which was diagnosed when she was 4 months old. Elizabeth lives with her mother in a house that is missing more than half of the roof, doors and windows, the floor is made of soil and the sanitary hygienic conditions are deplorable. These conditions endanger permanently the delicate health state of Elizabet. Her mother cannot work as she has to look after her daughter. However, the government does not give her any financial protection.
