Hugo Damián was detained by the agents of the political police when he was leaving his house in order to participate in the Mass of Santa Rita de Casia Church to support Ladies in White. He was transferred to the 4th police unit of Cerro, where he remained in jail from 9:15 a.m. to 2:20 p.m. He was threatened that he would be detained every time we would try to go to the Mass.
