Carlos suffers from alcoholism and lives in inhumane living conditions. He was taken by the neighbor Enrrique to be admitted to the Psychiatric Hospital of Camaguey where he was denied for the capacity reasons. Carlos's neighbors then submitted a complaint to the Social Security Department to the Idanis Veles, but so far they have not obtained any response or action in order to give a pension or another help to Carlos. On October 22, the roof of his house collapsed that caused him serious injuries. He was hospitalized in the Manues Ascunce Hospital and, within a few days, discharged again by Dr. Rodolfo Dominguéz, without having finished his treatment while his wounds had not been healed yet. They addressed a letter to the vice-president of the municipal government Katia, to attend the inhumane conditions of life. But again, they have not received any solution. That puts Carlos' life in danger.
